The program is very comprehensive and user friendly. It is so intuitive that you can just sit down & start using it without any training. The Appfolio team is professional, friendly, quick to respond to inquiries & always finds the answer.

Worst part is your property inspection. It crashes often during use. It is very cumbersome and takes forever to do. Pictures are not great

With other Property Management Software companies we have used in the past, we struggled with receiving help and getting feedback. AppFolio is constantly adding new and integrative features to help property managers, owners and residents.

We have been using Appfolio for over 4 years now. The one thing I love the most is when I can not figure something out I call and they go through it with me and show me how to solve my problem. Thanks Kathy Main Street Property Management
