Great Property Management Software!
I have been using this program for over 4 years and absolutely love it! Love the fact that they are constantly updating the program to evolve with the needs.

Best customer service
Appfolio always responds to my questions in a very quick manner. Their Chat reps are super friendly and accommodating. So glad we decided to use Appfolio!!!

I get spam mail
I get spam mail, I thing was the companies and try to log inn but I didn’t get any where and after the I get a mail from the office

AppFolio is the most advanced
AppFolio is the most advanced, user friendly and superior property management software available. We have used the top 3 PM software over the last 15 years and AppFolio is by far #1 in our opinion. The addition of Lisa (AI leasing partner) to our AppFolio has been great. Our tenants and owners appreciate our switch to AppFolio as does our office staff/onsite managers.

Great app very useful for day to day…
Great app very useful for day to day work and reoccurring work orders. Really like the survey option so you can see how you are doing

AppFolio is really easy to use
AppFolio is really easy to use. If you run into any issues, the tutorials are a big help. If that does not help, and you cannot find out how to fix something, you can always submit a help support ticket. Usually the help desk is quick to respond. You can also join the Aoppfolio community on FaceBook and ask your question there, there is usually at least 1 or more people who have run into the same issue and is always willing to help.
