I payed to generate cards for exams, but couldn't use them because my progress was reset every time I leave the app, or was just thrown out of my deck to another during studying. I gave them feedback using their internal form, and even got a responce, but as soon as I sent all the data they wanted, they just ignored me.

Great app to learn from. However, the options within each category could be clearer. For example, with a Megamind plan, it’s not easy to see how many times you have left to generate new decks you only see this clearly when you're down to about three remaining or something.
