When checking out some of the apartments they were not as pictured or advertised at all and were not ready for occupancy and was way overly priced
Response from Apartment List· Feb 2, 2022
Hi Charlene, Thank you for your feedback! Apartment List strives to find every renter a home they love and we partner with data providers for smaller units across the country who share this value. Unfortunately, while we perform initial data validations, we rely on these partners to verify the credibility of their listings. If you come across any that you would like to report to us for being different than advertised, please email [email protected] and we are happy to help. Warmly, Olivia

I like the site but everytime I call about a low rent apartment, there are none at that price.
Response from Apartment List· Feb 2, 2022
Hi Kimberley, Thank you for the feedback! I'm sorry you weren't able to find properties that have the lower rent you are looking for. We know it's a tough time in the market to find those units. If you have any other feedback or suggestions please feel free to reach out to [email protected] anytime! Warmly, Olivia

Don't really have property that accepts the Sec 8 program other than that its okay otherwise.
Response from Apartment List· Feb 2, 2022
Hi Jazmine, Thank you for the feedback! I'm sorry you weren't able to find properties that accept Sec 8. We know it can be frustrating that each apartment has their own policies on this, and we are planning some improvements so we can surface this earlier. If you have any other feedback or suggestions please feel free to reach out to [email protected] anytime! Warmly, Olivia

It just didn't help me that much
Response from Apartment List· Feb 2, 2022
Hi Jeanine, I'm sorry to hear that! While we strive to help every renter find a home they love, we understand that isn't always possible. If there is any specific feedback you would like to share with us about how we could have been a bigger help, please email [email protected]. We would love the opportunity to improve. Thanks in advance, Olivia
