After recently purchasing the AnyMP4 Blu-Ray Ripper application, I discovered a small glitch with using the software on my system - nothing major, but annoying. After contacting AnyMP4, I received a rapid reply offering to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After a couple of exchanges over a few days, I received an updated version of the app that completely resolved the problem. All of my interaction with AnyMP4 was courteous, helpful and professional, and I am greatly impressed with the company. The software itself is also excellent and easy to use. I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend this company.

I bought the Windows and Mac version of the software a few years ago. Recently, I replaced my laptop and was unable to register the software. The support team responded within a day to help me to reset. I appreciate responsiveness and support like this.
