The order process was fast and simple. The only downside is that I couldn’t cancel my order after the order process started.

UPS has always been unreliable at best. All other parts of the transaction were smooth and garner no complaints, but it took a lot of fighting with UPS to get our package delivered. This is not a criticism of Antonline's services, but their choice of UPS as preferred carrier forces me to dock 1 star, as I would have chosen another delivery service any day of the week.

The delivery was incredibly quick, arrived in less than two days. The packaging should've been a lot better since there was nothing to protect the item from being damaged or prevent it from moving around in the box. Despite that, the item arrived completely undamaged. I would've given this 5 stars if not for the crazy tax, but overall, I'm very satisfied. Considering how difficult it is to find a 5900x these days, this was an extremely lucky grab for me.

Delivery was prompt and I got everything. I only have 2 issues, both somewhat minor. After opening the shipping box, the first thing that I noticed was that the product box for the controller was very beat up and crushed in spots, likely from the Xbox Series X crushing it during shipping. The product was fine though, so I guess the packaging did it’s job and protected the controller. My other issue is that by our don’t have accounts for faster checkout. With products like the Xbox Series X, every second is critical when ordering. It’d be nice to not lose out because entering info took too long. But again, it’s just a minor complaint.

I dont like how I was redirected to trust pilot from an email letting them know I received my package. If Antonline wanted a review I would have gave them one. I will say this though. I recieved what I payed for so I am content and I DO trust the site.
