I dont know what to say about this one but it seems to be great

flags look great the only thing i would complain about is that on the website it states that you are based outta California and when i got my shipping and tracking information it said that it was being shipped from china.?? i wasn't very happy about that cause i was wanting and american product

It took numerous emails to communiate what I wanted. The flag did arrive in time.

I ordered a two sided flag. The one side is beautiful. The flag had writing on it, so I had hoped the writing would read correctly from both sides. As I feared, when hanging, one side is upside down. I ordered just one flag with the hopes of getting more and I will if we can solve the upside down issue.

Ordered custom flag but the product's color representation was dull. I sent a follow up email asking about it and received no response. I also received no response when asking some questions about the product before purchase. All in all the customer service is average and the product is average.
