Outstanding experience! My perfume oil arrived beautifully wrapped, and the samples are amazing!! I was hesitant to unwrap everything, because it was so lovely!! I ordered powder musk and it's so fresh and strong!! Will last a long time!! Perfect little roll on. I love the Egyptian musk oil sample too, I'll have to get that one next!! Exceptional seller and company, thank you so much!!😍

I have completely fell in love with Amir Oud - House of Royal. Cablion is my favorite and in the home fragrance Arabian Sandlewood will make any room smell good! I will definitely be purchasing more! Michelle H

Follow -up customer service is efficient. They don’t engage with emails for the purpose of replying but they provide you with solution like a enterprise from family oriented stand point. If you are ordering from overseas take note of his essential services. Their products are well packed and delivered. Regards

After a long time I have now received my order. Though this has come late I am very impressed by the professionalism and honesty by Amir Oud. They have assisted with the entire tracking of my order to South Africa. All products ordered were received and a lot of free samples as well! Thanks Amir Oud!

I see you placed an order with us on April 25 2021. We shipped your package within 3 days on April 28th as we work diligently to ship orders as soon as possible. Your order was shipped with the United States Postal Service USPS. The shipping method you selected (USPS - Priority Mail International Shipping) usually takes time to deliver because it is NOT considered as Express Shipping. USPS offers express shipping for a higher cost and it does deliver faster according to their website information. Unfortunately, the moment we hand your package to USPS there is nothing more we can do regarding the shipment delivery. I'd like to emphasize that after packages get picked up by the shipping company, we don't have control over how long it may take in transit as this completely depends on the selection of shipping methods and the shipping provider. Each customer chooses the shipping method that suits their needs. Some shipping methods are express and do deliver in shorter time, therefore, their costs are higher. The experience went beyond what I expected. Delivery was early, and the product incredible! I bought the 12 vial sample, thinking I’d choose my favorite, and the one that smelled best on me, but instead of finding only a few, the entire collection works on me, which isn’t an easy thing to find. And it lasts from the time I put it on until I go to bed!
