Hi Susan, Again, we are very sorry for the loss of your beloved dog and for any added frustration during such a difficult time. We did attempt to reach out to you directly and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. The recent order in question was fully refunded after we were notified of your pet’s passing. We understand there may have been some confusion regarding a separate order, from April 2025, that falls outside of our refundable timeframe. Hi Norm, We are sorry your recent experience left you feeling this way. Your veterinarian was unable to approve the prescription because your pet was due for an exam. While we understand you attempted to email the prescription to us directly, pharmacy regulations require that we receive the prescription either from the veterinarian or as an original mailed prescription.
