May be just me but I have a bit of difficulty navigating the site. I appreciate the prices and have learned a bit about the items we use. Shipping costs are not outrageous, and that too is appreciated these days.

Easy to navigate but very difficult to find any coupons that will apply. Fair prices compared to the vet.

Good but not fast. Delays getting prescriptions set between them and my vet-like a week. Delays between ordering and shipping. Like a day or two.

I have been very satisfied with the order process. Product ordered has always been excellent and in dare. No issues which is why I continue to re order.
