I want to take a moment to give a big thank-you to the team for helping resolve an issue with my purchase. I was originally overcharged and was concerned because the price I was charged was not the price I had been promised. They took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the situation, and ultimately made sure I received the price I was originally quoted. I really appreciate their professionalism, willingness to help, and commitment to making things right. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them, and they handled mine the right way. Thank you for taking care of me and making sure I was treated fairly. I truly appreciate it!

Allivet is a great service. They worked on my behalf to get our Tucker's Rx to us on time. Good prices and fast service. They even paid for overnight delivery in one case due to delays in contacting our Vet, in order to make sure Tucker got his meds on time.

The process of getting the prescription sent in was easy. They stay in contact with you while waiting on prescription. It is easy to get in contact with them if necessary. This is the second time that I have used them for my dogs. Once was several years ago and then again now when I needed medicine for another dog.

Thank you for choosing Allivet again after all these years! It means a lot to know that when another one of your dogs needed medication, you felt comfortable returning to us. We’re grateful for your trust and happy our team could help make the process a smooth one. We look forward to being here whenever you and your pets need us.

This was the first time I used this site. My order was for an OTC product I ordered on 9/1 and recieved it on 9/4 so it was delivered fairly quickly. I used autuship to save money and canceled it after I received my order. It came with a $50 off coupon which I used on my next prescription order( also using autoship). Only 2 issues I have was canceling autoship, you really have to scroll down to find the link, and the review email link didn’t work for me

Thank you for sharing your first experience with us! We’re glad everything went smoothly overall and that you were able to take advantage of the savings on your orders. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the AutoShip cancellation link and the review email. We know those details can make a big difference in the overall experience.
