It was so easy to order online. The process was fast and it only took 2 days to get the approval but that's because my vet took 2 days to approve the prescription. And it only took a week to get the medicine all together the process took about a week and I was really impressed and will be using them from now on I would suggest for anyone to use all allivet

Our sweet girl was just recently diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and in all the emotions and new medications I forgot about her current autoship medicines coming. They helped cancel/refund my order for her old medicine with care and such compassion during our difficult time of this new diagnosis. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Aside from having great prices, the company was excellent to work with. They regularly kept me updated on the status of my order & worked diligently to obtain the approval from my veterinarian for my pet's Rx.
