extremely slow
extremely slow processing from Australia, no tracking for weeks, still waiting for results after posting 4 weeks ago. staff polite but not helpful

The test took about 3 weeks to come in…
The test took about 3 weeks to come in and they were missing all of the equipment required to draw blood. Seems like something was a bit rushed…

3/10. Caution advised
Would I recommend this service....yes, but just know it is SLOW...glacial slow.!! The customer service is almost non existent so don't stress yourself by trying to get onto them!!! I got my results after a 7 week wait!! 7 weeks when they say 21 days on the website. This seriously needs to be addressed!!! Were the results accurate, yes. I knew I had some intolerances so the test showed them and then a few more.. that part I'm happy with. So... if your gonna do it...do, but just know you will be waiting!!!

Jeg har lige bestilt
Jeg har lige bestilt, hvor efter jeg høre Fra andre at dette er et kæmpe fup nr, at firmaet ikke har noget cvr nr og deres adresser ikke findes... Det håber jeg virkelig ikke passer, men nu håber jeg i spænding, men ikke særligt fedt at få afvide 🙈🙈🙈
