Customer service. Received my AvMap Ultra Efis timely. Serial number issue with unit. Left multiple voicemails with AllAvionics. No response. Left multiple emails about this. No response. Zero customer service. I will not do business with them again and based on my experience cannot recommend to others.

I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.

Placed order. Item not available. No communication from company about unavailability. Customer service claimed someone emailed me, not correct. Ordered from Chief aircraft and received almost instant confirmation.

Ordered the av30c says it comes with temperature probe and circuit breaker, and that wasn’t in the box. Also message them about it and they never replied

Ordered an aviation battery minder from them 3 weeks ago. They charged my card that day,I have received no communication or received the product…I have made many attempts to contact them via phone, email, live chat..called more than 15 times at all business hours, always get answering message…no response from all attempts …terrible company

Overnighted order received as a partial order. I used the chat but it said to leave a message. I’m guessing because it was Saturday. Called the number and the person said it went out as two orders and they would send the tracking number. Never got it. I called on Monday and got the tracking number and requested to be refunded the overnight charge. Customer service was extremely nice and said I would get an email later that day with confirmation. I got the email the next day. The rest of my order should be received 5 days after I should have received it. Very nice people and customer service was very help. Just several mistakes and a lack of communication
