Ian Simmons is the best travel agent I’ve ever had to plan my vacations. I was little apprehensive at first if it was going to work out because it was kinda a last minute plan for us. But Ian came to the rescue, assured me that he would take care of everything and I need not worry about anything. So I stopped worrying and let Ian do his job planning our cruise. We will be sailing in a couple weeks very excited. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone. Thank you Ian Simmons for making our first Alaskan Cruise a memorable one.

Elaine was so patient and fun helping me figure this all out. We have not been on a cruise before and trying to plan this on my own was overwhelming. I felt too uneducated to make a good choice. The agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made very informed recommendations when she realized that we have not cruised in almost 30 years. The website was also very easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for quickly.
