Needs some improvements
Needs some improvements! Need more options for clients and more detailed breakdowns on income

Has Great Potential but Needs More
I like that I am able to have separate sections for different providers in my spa and listed by categories which is a huge help in running my spa but the biggest draw back is that it constantly kicks me out. Every time my team and I are trying to schedule or make changes to appointments we waist time having to log back on. I am also considering other booking apps that offer Klarna and after pay. I hope these issues get addressed before I have to make the decision to switch to another app.

I have to log in too often
I have to log in too often, kicks me out. This happens often when in front of clients needing to book a session in person. Very clunky user experience when that happens… daily.

I can never go straight to my calendar
I can never go straight to my calendar, I always have to log in twice. When I go to sign out, I get the same page on my screen again, which is just strange Also a lot of my clients either do not get their reminders or are unable to notify me if they are coming or not. I am actually going to find a different scheduling system when I have to renew this

Customer feedbacks can’t see the total…
Customer feedbacks can’t see the total duration and time from and ends, the types of services added on during checkout. System keeps logging me out too and asking for safe key which is annoying.

The application is poor
The application is poor. It changes settings on its own with clients. Needs lots of attention.

Overall I really enjoy using this…
Overall I really enjoy using this booking platform and it works great for my business. The only improvement I would love to see is calendar syncing. I currently use two calendars that are not connected, so when a client books on one calendar it does not automatically block the time on the other. A sync feature would help prevent double bookings and make scheduling much smoother.
