What made my experience so good was the fact that ACI stepped up and sent out a whole new tent cover once they saw the light leakage in my video. ACI has built quite a name for itself with indoor growers but customer service is where companies seperate themselves and ACI went above and beyond addressing the situation. My rep was Paola and she was fabulous. Also, the timing in which she responded and got this resolved was phenominal. My only beef right now is with th her shipping. It's been going on 12 days since it was changed to shipping but still no tent cover and no delivery date on the tracking. So that's frusterating but not ACI's fault.

Vanessa was awesome and the ease of the warranty replacement was astounding. Never in my life have I got warranty shipping info as the first update! Yall are tooooooo good. -Aaron

I had three S6 rotating fans that had clicking motors. You guys didn't even hesitate and sent me three new ones. I have three AC infinity tents with the 69 Pro+, heaters, humidifiers, lights and fans. You guys are insanely great. I will continue to buy from your company and will promote you all I can. It's great you guys actually back your product up. Thank you so much and you will continue to get money from me.

I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6 oscillating fan that it was making a lot of noise oscillating and i was on a tight budget due to im on disability and with prove of purchase they replaced it with the second generation fan...... which is an upgrade so if anyone is looking for an oscillating fan this second generation is amazing.... top quality. AC Infinity was quick to respond and they paid for the shipping and sent it out to me super fast.... i really wasn't expecting them to replace the fan i was more expression my disappointment with the fan i purchased because up to this point the oscillating fans have been crap.... but finally a company has made i product that will last and is top quality.... i believe AC Infinity believes in making there customers happy and they have integrity and class....... i totally recommend AC Infinity if you are looking at any of there products and you will be satisfied.... great company and Thanks again AC Infinity mad respect 🙏 for your business model 👏
