For my recent project they did a good job helping me. I had a few issues but it all worked out

New owners are great. They improved customer service with new staff, fully stocked the shelves, added a hunting/fishing department and expanded the outdoor cooking section.

Ace Hardware is really a 2.5 star business but they are so many leaps and bounds above Home Depot that we just left 4 stars. Just the fact that we were in and out in 30 minutes and they didn’t give us a lecture on not being able to use ApplePay made our day. The bar has been set so low in 2023 that just accepting every form of payment will get a hardware store and decent review.

Yes, ACE tends to be a bit pricy for some, but you must understand you are paying for great service. The people at ACE go above and beyond HD and LOWES and know their business whereas Lowes and HD hire just about any luke warm body off the street. Everytime I got to an ACE I get what I need 97% of the time, and their people are helpful....PS...they don't outsource their cashiers to robots.I'm writing this exposé on Acebecause they are a fabulous store

Shopping at ACE online they provide a delivery date at check out but as soon as payment was submitted they sent an email that the item is out of stock at the location.

Little price and only complaint I have is the floor manager has no clue but the rest of the staff I love and enjoy their help and patience

I made an online order with Ace. The terms were they were going to ship to store and then deliver to me. They gave a delivery date. An Ace employee called the day before delivery date to tell me my order was in but I had to come pick it up instead. I told them no thanks and that my order stated delivery. The person said ok, sorry for the mixup and said it was on the schedule to be delivered on the day promised. Later that day I get a call from the store manager telling me that it would not be delivered until the next week because "The Delivery Truck Is Full". I told him to keep the order and give me a refund. I would go buy it elsewhere where it would not be such a hassle. After doing that the manager delivered it himself to my home 2 minutes away from the store. They would have spent less time if they just delivered it than they did trying to get out of delivering it. I was happy to see the Store Manager realized his mistake and made it right. I will keep shopping here, its a new store and maybe the store needs to get better organized.
