Really liked the service and the ability to track the status. I do think my visa was available before the stated due date.

Instruction for visa for China were clear and easy to follow. When I needed an additional piece of information I was informed immediately. It would be helpful to have received a confirmation when that information was received and notification that my materials were complete. Apart from that the service was everything it promised. Actually better than 4, but not perfect.

I've used abriggs twice to get visas. And I got my visas just when promised. The first time I applied I went to the office in person and am glad because I had made a few minor errors that the employee caught and fixed! The cost is high, especially the mailing. A suggestion I would make is to let the applicant know that they don't have to fill in the visa application from the country they are visiting. Filling in the abriggs blanks will produce a visa application. Perhaps that is obvious, but it wasn't to me.

Website is very basic and creates concern on trust. Would like more proactive feedback on where the passport is in the visa process.

Some of the written instructions could have been clearer, and it would have saved a few days in the process.Overall, the service was terrific.

Most of the time when I call with questions, I receive helpful answers and I really appreciate that. We are usually on a tight timeline to get the Passport and or Visa and it Briggs has helped to expedite that. Thank you. I appreciate your services.
