Dear Bob, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I know that these surveys take time out of your schedule. I am sorry to hear of the delay you experienced, and that you did not experience us as having provided 'legendary service'. We will work harder in the future. If you run into anything in the future that is less than 5-star service, then please reach out to me. I'll do what I can to assist. You can email me at: [email protected]. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you! -- Scott Woods Marketing Manager, ABC Medical

Dear Norma, thank you for your comments, although I am sorry you feel stuck with an abundance of catheters you are not happy with. Let me see what we can do here. I'll make sure you are contacted by someone in Customer Service. It is our sincere desire that you are satisfied with our service. -- Scott Woods ------- It pays to reach out, Norma. :) We are going to resolve your situation. (Which I want to apologize for.) If you find that our service improves in your experience, and we DESERVE (earn, not given) a higher rating, then you can update your rating on your trustpilot review. That way we'll know we are on the right track with meeting your needs. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you, and to get this right! -- Scott Woods Marketing Manager, ABC Medical

Dear Ron, thank you for your comments and review, even though we scored low due to the situation you outlined in your review. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us in this area. I looked up your situation, and it would appear that the item you needed had just come back into stock around the time you spoke to the last representative. (Also, our stock level reflects the manufacturer's stock level, not our own stock level. If we are out of stock, it means the manufacturer is out of stock.) Each day we receive a list of all items currently out of stock, so when the rep checked the other warehouse (which was wise for them to do), your desired product must have just become available. So, I'm glad that he/she checked our inventory (which is something we can always do). But if you would have called a day earlier, it would not have been in stock at that time. You must have the 'luck of the irish' on you! :) I hope we can earn a higher rating in the future. If you ever experience something less than 5-star service, please reach out to me. I'll personally work on your behalf, as it is our earnest desire to provide you with the best customer service in the industry. We will truly settle for nothing less. My email is: [email protected]. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. We take that VERY seriously. -- Scott Woods Marketing Manager, ABC Medical

Dear Christopher, thank you for your email. Unfortunately, I believe you've reached out to the wrong company, as we don't sell oxygen or oxygen masks. We sell catheters, ostomy products, and wound care items. Perhaps there is another company with "ABC" in its name?
