i love the workouts, trainers (although I have my favs!), the one downside is that I can't get the workouts to download on my apple watch. not sure if it is the app or my ignorance with technology.

I love the app. It's like having a personal coach in your years at all times. I can do whatever I am in the mood for that day and nobody jugges me if I slow down.

Absolutely amazing fitness app. It’s been a lifesaver since we moved out of a city. The quality of the coaching is superb and the range of programmes are brilliant. Currently in the middle of a half marathon programme and still super motivated. It really makes you accountable.

The best personal trainers on line ever ! I hated the gym until I got aaptiv ! They make me feel like I’m part of a community always offering advice and encouragement! I’ve been part of aaptiv for 3 years and as long as my health allows will be part of it for many more years to come ! I didn’t hesitate to give them 5 stars
