I purchased a beautiful print back in march from A1 which was amazing quality. I noticed a small issue with it last week and reported yesterday afternoon. I’d received a reply from Andrew at 8pm so out of ours requesting some pics which I sent this morning. Within half an hour I’d got a more than satisfactory reply agreeing to sort it out. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Amazing product and customer service. Thankyou A1 David Wilde

With the inputs I gave the a1.art web app, it didn't give me the output I directed it to create. It yielded incorrect and inaccurate results.
