Ordered Dec 10/22 and still have not received product.It’s now February 5th! Contacted customer service— no reply! Do not fall for this. This is a scam. The lesson I’ve learned here is to only deal with Amazon. At least you can get your money back that way.

I ordered this product 5minskin, and got a product labeled RosaCare. I thought nothing of it, I have been using it since Nov and not seeing many results even having the perfect skin/hair type for IPL. So, I tried looking up the website for returns, and the website has been taken down by court order because they are copying RoseSkin Co. with a subpar product. Now I know l never get my money back. Don't fall for 5minskin!!

More like 5minSCAM! If I could give them zero stars I would. First, because of some "glitch" a second unit was added to my order and I was charged for it. They were very nice and cancelled the second unit, however, they did not refund my money. When I tried to cancel the original unit they offered me a 40% refund to keep it, when I told them no, they told me that they do not accept cancelations but would still like to offer me a 40% refund. After numerous emails requesting my refunds, I have still yet to receive the refund. I would like to return the crappy product, but I am afraid that I won't receive my money back. In the last email, they claim that the refund has been issued, but in checking with my cc company, they have not issued a refund, so I have begun a fraud claim against them.

The company is a scam. You will either never get your order, or you will get a counterfeit item. Look up Rosa Care. I’m almost positive these are the same people under a new company name. Steer very clear.

This company is fraudulent. No product was delivered. Customer service just kept saying to wait, then that they were struggling with orders, then that they can't do refunds, then that they could but it would take longer...beware. It is a complete scam.

I ordered this product and received some device that looked like the product but was called Rosa Care. It came in a taped up box that was not sealed properly and it was not what I ordered. I asked for a refund they tried to give me a discount instead. I asked to return the product and they made me pay to ship it back. This was the worst experience ever. Don’t buy 5minskin!!

I ordered one for a gift. Received it in about a week and a half. Person was not to interested in it. So I tried returning it . Left several emails and phone voicemail. They won't reply back.

I ordered this item over a month ago. I heard nothing for a week so I emailed customer support. At first they were quick to respond saying they were behind on shipments and offered me a 20% refund for the delay. Fine. Finally got a “tracking number” on Dec 26 but has never been picked up from USPS in Miami. I tried to contact customer support again but haven’t heard anything back. SCAM. I will be getting a hold of my credit card company to report them.
