This is a scam!!!! They charged me $184. When I wanted to return it, they offered me a 60% discount. When I refused, they asked me to send the item back. I paid shipping fees and sent it back on December 29th. I emailed them the receipt. Today is February 13th and I still haven’t received the refund. I keep sending them emails and they keep telling me to expect the refund soon. It’s ridiculous!!!

Addition to review: it took a long tint but I did get s full refund I .ordered this product and also ordered a second one by mistake. Then I saw them advertised for 50% off. Also way less on other sites. I returned both sets the day after I received them, costing me $44. One was unopened and the other only the box was opened, the rest of the contents not even touched. I received full refund for the second unit buyer only $29 for the first!!! I paid over $280 altogether! They are not responding to my request for the advertised full 90 day refund. Previous responses appeared auto generated.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I still haven’t received my purchase - try double charged me. Refunded the second charge and then charged me again immediate afterward. Emails bounce back and you can’t even call them - the numbers don’t work!

Don't do it! This was ordered by someone who got their hands phone as a joke. When I emailed telling them it was an unauthorized purchase, they ignored the messages until after it had shipped. I was then in contact with customer service until I received it, but I never opened it to be sure I actually got what had been ordered, and then returned it. It's now been over 2 weeks since they received it back with no refund. They were in contact via email at first, told me the info had been sent to their finance dept for a refund and now they won't reply.

It’s been months and I still don’t have this product, ordered it in December. They keep telling me that it should be delivered and that they’ll send it again, but every time it’s been a lie. Don’t risk getting this product.

Their website says that you can cancel your order within 24hrs. & receive a full refund. I placed an order on January 29th. & I canceled it about two hours later. I emailed their support team about my refund & I spoke with one of their representatives on the phone about it. They sent me a email stating that the refund would be done in 5-7 business days but I still have NOT received my refund. They keep sending me emails stating my money has been refunded but it has NOT. Now when I call the number that is listed on their website I get a message that says the voice mail is full. I would NOT order from this company. I only gave one star because I had to.

total SCAM! Please don't order. You will never receive the product and I wished I would have looked more closely at reviews. If you do receive something, it will be a bad product that does nothing and they will go full ghost on you. BEWARE!
