Works as advertised. Did a great job on the hair over my lip. I use the stronger setting. Shave the area first as directed. You shouldn’t be smelling burnt hair, if you do you’re not doing it right. I am very pleased with the results.

When I ordered my package the device itself did not come with the other items I ordered. I immediately emailed the customer service and they got back to me with in 24hrs and I just received the product today! I will add to my review or update after use of the product. Good customer service like this is hard to come by now days when purchasing things online and I greatly appreciate it!

Excellent product. Only thing you should know is that it’s not a once-and-done deal. It requires consistency and commitment. Don’t let that stop you from buying it though! Expect to see results in about 4 weeks.

I ordered my product and it got stock some warehouse of the shipping company for more then 2 weeks, I send an email and they responded that same day, telling me that they were sorry and will fix that, next day they gave me the new tracking number on my rush order that recive in 2 days. they keep me posted on the process and what they were doing, but I didn't have to work on doing any follow-up! once here I have a question about the age restriction, and again they answer the same day
