I ordered it because it said all hair color on the website. You pay and get it Then the instructions make it clear it does not work on blonde or white hair. Or dark skin or tanned. I've got them all. Tried to return it. Offered me 40 % and said give to to a friend or relative. Really. I didn't buy as a gift. What do you think my family looks like. Blonde and tanned. Or black. Horrible company. Never even addressed the misleading info on website

I purchased this at the end of last year, about 3 half months ago. I have used it exactly to the Companys instructions. It has made no difference what so ever to my hair growth. They told me to use it longer but now money back guarantee period has expired. It is a waste of money. Am very dissapointed

After reading the company's advice to not use if you have skin conditions I asked a pharmacist and was advised not yo use this product. I asked 5minskin for their returns policy which was to return the item for a 10% refund if sales cost and return item to Miami (when it had been sent from Feltham) which I questioned yet again. They refused to allow returns to the dispatch UK address. UPDATE 15/4/2024 I have received a 90% refund as 10% is a restocking fee. I am happy with that but the return policy needs to be more prominent on the 5MS website

betaling is afgeschreven van mijn creditcard. Ik krijg echter geen enkele bevestiging. berichten gestuurd via contactformulier, geen reactie! Telefoon werkt niet en mijn geld kan ik niet terugkrijgen via de bank omdat ik geen bevestiging van aankoop heb! volgens mij word ik hier behoorlijk opgelicht.

Does not work! When I call for a refund no one answers or calls me back. Huge waste of time and money!!!! Do not buy.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I purchased the 5 minute skin at home laser device a year ago and have used it for an entire year. Not a change whatsoever in the hair growth. It's absolute garbage. I was so excited for the prospect and now I'm nervous to try a different brand, worried it will have the same results.

Bought the 5minskin and read the reviews..cancelled it the morning after and sent an email which was recieved. They sent the product the next day despite me cancelling it. Two emails sent and will continue, until I get my refund. Scam scam scam..
