4directionshealing4 Directions Healing University exists to help individuals move from survival mode to aligned living by balancing the 4 essential directions of life: mental, spiritual, physical and financial. When these 4 directions are brought into alignment, individuals unlock their full potential and become capable of helping others do the same. 4 Directions Healing University teaches that lasting transformation occurs when all 4 directions are cultivated together. Alignment in these areas produces clarity, strength and sovereignty. Walking this sacred path represents a life lived with integrity, responsibility, courage, compassion and service. It is not a destination, though it is a daily practice of alignment and growth. Those who walk this path choose growth over comfort, responsibility over blame and service over self-interest. The long-term vision of 4 Directions Healing is to cultivate a global network of aligned individuals. Be part of the healing process for Humanity and the Earth, join us.

4DH has been a huge blessing for me when it comes to optimizing my health. I have been working with them for about 3 months and through diet planning and exercise routines, I am down to 180 from about 205 lbs. Much love to the 4DH team!!

I started with the free week but was getting so much out of it, I continued on through the first portal. I am about to start the second portal and continue to get a lot from these courses. One of the great features is the community and accountability here. I highly recommend!

Attended the 7 Day challenge and for a free class there was tons of great information, lots to think about and self reflect on. Larry brought good energy to the class, looking forward to more in the future.
