As a business Owner and Operator: 1Laser answered my questions very quickly. They were willing to reach out through Social Media, Text, phone and Email. When it came to the product I was impressed by the samples and the staffs knowledge of the machines they sold. I'll be getting one soon and look forward to multiple purchases in the future.

I have had my XRF onelaser machine for over a month now, and this machine is incredible. Personally no issues on the machine, and when I needed help as I am a beginner, the support centre was always there on time to give me a hand. Coming from other brands, Onelaser has exceeded my expectations with communication, support and quality in the machine
